Cracked glass or a damaged display?
Tell us your iPad or tablet model and whether the picture and touch still work. The repair required depends on the model and which parts of the screen are damaged. Send a photo with your enquiry if that helps show the fault.
Battery, charging port and button faults
We assess tablets that will not charge, lose charge quickly or have damaged buttons. Describe what happens when you connect a charger, and whether the device has been dropped or previously repaired.
Before handing over your tablet
Back up important files where possible and send the model and fault first. We confirm repair suitability, price and timescale before work begins. Do not include your passcode or account password in the initial enquiry.
