Console servicing and overheating
Tell us which PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch you have and describe any overheating, shutdowns or unusual fan noise. We provide servicing and assess the fault, including replacement of the liquid metal thermal interface where required.
Ports and controller problems
Include the console or controller model and explain whether the problem concerns charging, display output or controls. We assess HDMI and charging faults, controller faults and other hardware issues; the model and damage determine what work is suitable.
Arranging a console repair
Contact us before dropping off or posting a larger console so we can agree a suitable handover. We confirm the price, parts availability and likely timescale after assessment. Specialist work may be arranged through our technician network, with David remaining your contact.
