Common repairs
What we can help with.
We assess broken screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons, cameras and selected board-level faults. Parts availability and repair suitability are confirmed before work begins.
Before you book
Your repair questions.
Send the model and symptoms to David. Initial estimates are normally free; written estimates are chargeable and priced in advance.
iPhone and Samsung screen repairs
Send the exact phone model and tell us whether the screen is cracked, has lines, has no picture or no longer responds to touch. We assess screen replacements and, where suitable, refurbishment that retains the original Apple OLED panel. The condition of the display determines which options are possible.
Battery and charging problems
Tell us whether the battery drains quickly, the phone switches off or the charging cable only works at an angle. A charging problem is not always a battery problem; assessment helps identify the right repair before parts are replaced.
Prices and repair times
Phone repairs start from £5, with the actual quote based on your model, fault and parts. Screen and battery replacements have their own prices. We confirm the estimate and likely timescale before you approve the work; parts availability and specialist work can affect turnaround.
How it works
Start with the fault.
Tell us the exact model, what happened and what the device does now. We will advise whether to arrange a drop-off or postal repair.
Postal repairs
Send suitable devices from anywhere in Northern Ireland. Return postage options are confirmed before invoicing.
